Every element of your world is shaken in the midst of separation--there are fears around finance and family, there are emotions relating to betrayal or rejection, and there are many quiet moments of grief and despair when we might not see a way through. The divorce doula is there to support you every step of the way. They function as a guide to navigate you personally through the yuck and get you back on track. This package is for the woman or man in need of hand-holding. The doula will hold space for you to experience the pains of the process, while also gently bringing you back to your own power. The divorce doula understands the system, and while they may not be a lawyer or mediator, they are able to guide you through the process of engaging the legal system in a way that makes you feel seen, heard and understood. The divorce doula will advocate for your needs, by helping you to identify those needs and to challenge the narratives that previously compromised your power. The package price includes three months of ongoing support. The package can be renewed at anytime, should you require further assistance.
