Service Description

This 5 week class is designed to encourage mindful attention to our thoughts and learn to bring ourselves back to the present moment through observation and meditation. Allowing thoughts to exist without emotional attachment allows us to grow in understanding of our mind and connect in more meaningful ways with our intuitive sense of knowing. Learning to accept our thoguths and our feelings, to be with them and learn from their messaging, creates space for self-awareness and personal growth. This deep acceptance allows for a greater sense of gratitude for "what is" and a grounded practice of self-compassion.
